Gurnos Welsh Cherry -- Cherry

Gurnos Welsh Cherry was purchased from a photograph, from her breeder Victoria Kedward, of Gurnos Stud in 2008.
After arriving safely home, via transporter, ***BOOTHROYDEN TRANSPORT** we rang Victoria to let her know she had landed safely and that our stallion at the time, Rosewallhill Silver Son (Sonny) cremello WPB, was ready to cover her when she came into season. Victora's reply - "Oh! Did you not want her in foal? We have covered her, with our stallion for you"

The resulting foal - Whalley Morello Blossom - Flossy.

Royal Welsh Agricultural Show 2013

We set off before the crack of dawn so Cherry and Pippa weren't traveling during the heat of the day. Arriving at mid-day, both Cherry and Pippa had travelled amazingly and weren't stressed at all! With my class being on the last day, we had a nice relaxing week! That was until thursday morning lol ! Nerves was not the word but giving each other encouragement,  Kirsty and I made are way into THE RING!!!!Cherry was brilliant as well as Pippa ! 28 were entered in the section C senior brood mare class, 16 turned up and I was pulled in 9TH!!!!!!!I came forward for the judge, Mr LEN BIGLEY, who is now a God to me for the amazing comments he gave me! I did my show and went back into the line up. When making his final decision he pulled me forward and up the line up to 8TH!!!!!!!!!! AND ON TO THE FRONT LINE UP!!!!!!! I was ecstatic! After a short break it was Pippa's turn! But sadly durning the break, Pippa had became tired and didn't want to trot, madam that she is lol! We ended up 7th out of 8!
